Called and talked to Buddy about the problem I was having with my truck and asked for a quote to fix it. He called me back within 10 minutes like he said he would with a very reasonable quote. Dropped it off and told him I needed it back asap. He called me several hours later and had it fixed. I got there and without asking he had the old parts in his hand and explained in detail what caused the problem and showed me the old parts. Very nice guy and he stuck to his price he quote me. I've entrusted Buddy with several repairs on my truck and I've never been let down. From a simple oil change to more serious work he always gets the job done in a timely manner and never over charges. He and his wife are great people and I'll continue to give them my business for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys for all that you have done for me! Took my 1999 4Runner in for repairs and the service and pricing were beyond what I would have received from other shops. Kept me informed of the diagnosis and car was ready the same day I dropped it off. Finding a trusting and reliable mechanic is nerve racking these days, but I now have a go to shop. Thanks and will be back !!!!
Took our ford f-150 in as it wouldn't go in drive. Was afraid it was the transmission.....luckily...Buddy diagnosed it real quick and it was a simple fix! I just know had we taken it anywhere else...we wouldn't have walked out with the same bill! Thanks so much 27 Automotive!
I had my oil changed at this awesome shop! Buddy and Christy were so friendly and kind, Christy kept me company and talked to me( and listened to me talk about my grandchildren) Buddy changed my oil very quickly and I was on the road again in no time! I like to support family business and I will return to this shop for my next oil change. Try them for yours! Very nice people!
Great people. Kept me informed of progress every step of the way. Didn't throw parts at the problem to try to fix. Customer service was great and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
