My experience with the moving in and moving out process was fantastic and super easy thanks to the office staff. The team that maintains the property are fantastic and were always super friendly! I lived here in 27 Atlantic with my boyfriend and we both miss our home so much already. This building was always top-notch, well maintained, and welcoming. The views and oceanfront lifestyle are unbeatable. You could tell the staff really cared for its residents and were attentive to any and all of our needs. Mary was SO incredibly helpful during my move from PA to 27 Atlantic! She was patient with me as I gathered everything I needed. She followed up in a timely manner and was always ready to get the job done! The building itself is IMMACULATE! It’s a privilege to live here. Two years later: still as happy as a clam here! 😝 Maintenance is always a breeze (Serone and Miss Sharron are MVP’s!!!!) and the monthly resident events are fun. I’ve met AMAZING people and I’m excited to keep living the beach life at 27 Atlantic!
