"Temu luxury." My HVAC is down again as of 8-1-26 after 21 days w/no properly working HVAC back in Sept. 2025. They NEVER drained or vacuumed the HVAC system since May 2021 when the building opened it's doors to residents until 7-14-26. This is oceanfront, but NOT the luxury I am accustomed to! I hope people like the smell of skunk pot smoke, cigarettes, malfunctioning elevators, & lots of noise. It was an absolute pleasure to live at 27 Atlantic. The staff and amenities are second to none! My experience with the moving in and moving out process was fantastic and super easy thanks to the office staff. The team that maintains the property are fantastic and were always super friendly! Id recommend living here 10 times out of 10. Thank you 27 Atlantic team for making it feel like a home!
