I’ve lived here for a year, getting ready to move to another state, and want to tell you I agree wholeheartedly with the positive reviews other residents have posted about the incredible oceanfront proximity, the well-appointed apartments (I’ve enjoyed two different ones on different floors), the variety of great amenities, and the humans- and dog-friendly community at 27 Atlantic (cats don’t ride the elevators so I can’t speak to how friendly they are but the dogs I’ve met are all well behaved and mostly adorable). Whatever business you do with this place, stay away from Jordyn Smyth. She is extremely rude and makes you feel horribly uncomfortable. If she is your leasing agent, ask for anyone else. The rest of the ladies are really nice. She may try to get you to agree to a lease by viewing the demo apartment, DO NOT ACCEPT Jordyn's offer and ask to see the ACTUAL unit you will renting. I have absolutely LOVED my last 3 years at 27 Atlantic. The secure entry to both the building and my floor is the best safety feature for a single woman working irregular hours. I've never felt unsafe here with the hustle and bustle of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The views and amenities are beautiful, and there's nothing better than spending the day on the roof at the pool. If I ever had an issue, Sharon and Marvin were always on it.
