I went for the first time today, and could not have been more pleased. From the moment I walked into the building to the time I left, I felt comfortable and every interaction with a member of the staff was pleasant and professional. I had an amazing experience at 26 Health today! From the moment I walked in, the two front desk ladies were literally amazing, so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Zarell handled my vitals and annual check-up, and he was incredible. Then I had a consultation with (NPC) Rhea, who was absolutely amazing. I came in Friday for my appointment. It was my first time there. The guard upfront told me I needed to check in at the clinic which wasn't open yet. I went inside to sit down and another guard came in turn lights on and told me I was in the wrong place without even check to see if i was or not. And directed me to a building across the street where I had to walk in the sun to orange Ave. Which was incorrect information and I was in the right place the whole time. I write this review with a heavy heart and immense frustration. My first visit with Dr. Mena was wonderful. I felt cared for, listened to, and positive about my care and plan for follow up labs and imaging. That very rapidly changed. It took 3 weeks from our visit for her to send a referral for a transvaginal pelvic ultrasound. Dr. Rhea is an amazing and has a beautiful spirit Dr. Rhea is very caring and really listen to you she really cares about your health she asks lots of questions she orders all the correct blood work that needs to be ordered to get your health back together and in good capacity. I will truly recommend her to everyone I know and don’t know because she really cares about your medical issues.
