I do not recommend 26Health—especially if you’re seeking gender-affirming care and need compassion or flexibility. I was originally a patient at 26Health in 2021 when I first began my transition. After a period away, I returned because my trusted provider, Dr. Rowe (whom I had been seeing at Hope & Health), had moved to this clinic. This place is a home away from home with some of the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Huge thank you's to Kiara S., Jasmine L., Gouitre, Zahrell, and Robert R. Thank you for the work that you are doing, and for being who you are.
My feelings about this practice are honestly in the middle. I first started with Dr Shekari, who was super kind and helpful. I loved seeing her as I put my health on the backburner for a while because of rude/dismissive doctors. She was helping me a lot, until she left the practice. I then started with a new doctor, I only saw her once and she was extremely mean and immediately made me start crying, like making up stories about how I gained so much weight. The front desk lady was really helpful and nice to us from the moment we walked it. The appointment took a little longer than expected and one machine was not fully working. Reading the rest of the review it seams like we got lucky, but I truly believe this office has the potencial to run efficiently
