I joined the gym to help me fulfill a personal promise to participate in a Full-Ironman Triathlon. I am so glad I found this place! I used to hate going to the "gym" but now I LOVE going to Crossfit. Everyday is a different challenge which keeps it from being boring. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I love how the last person to finish gets more cheers than the first to finish...
