Terrible living conditions – stay away! I was visiting my sister who recently moved into this apartment complex, and I was honestly shocked by the conditions people are forced to live in here. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to view the unit before moving in, and what she discovered after signing the lease was just awful. The worst part is the constant smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Unfortunately, my review of this complex is a negative one. We moved in on December 1, 2024, and for the past 7 months, we’ve been trying to get help with a serious issue — and all we’ve received are automated replies and empty promises. People are smoking inside their apartments, and the smoke constantly rises into ours. No one in our family smokes, yet our entire apartment is saturated with the smell of tobacco. I’ve lived here for close to two years and honestly just save yourself the time and don’t move in here. The prices are ridiculous and the management is very mixed of people who are barely nice and people who are just rude. I’ve experienced bugs in my unit no matter how clean I keep my space and it’s just ridiculous.
