Great experience with Dr. McNees. He listened carefully, explained exactly what was going on with my foot, and provided both short and long term care suggestions.
Excellent customer service. The entire staff Demonstrated genuine respect and concern for all patients. I’m very pleased with my experience . Looking forward to my next appointment. Successful results thanks to my friends at 26 foot and ankle.
Not sure about main office but Watkinsville location does not have it together. Went April 29th for exam which was fine. I qualified for free shoes and 3 pairs of custom inserts. They have dropped the ball several times and here it is August 15th and was told it would be another 6 to 8 weeks due to technical error. Truth is "technical error" was they didn't get ordered! Frustrating!
The doctor and nurse were both very friendly. The establishment was clean. We got a call from the front desk staff saying that the appointment was canceled. She called back later saying it was still on. I took away a star for that reason. We really needed the appointment, and the confusion of it all was stressful.
Great service. Extremely friendly staff. Doctor was very helpful and explained in detail exactly what was going on and how to treat it.
