My experience today at 26 foot and Ankle was great.👍
First time patient and was very pleased with my care and how the employees treated me. It's a new location and the office is beautiful as well as great location. The only thing I was not to pleased with was it sounds like AI is used to book appointments. I would much rather talk with a real person but I guess that's the way things are done in the medical office environment these days.
Very nice and friendly staff and doctors. They We’re able to quickly get me in for an appointment. And once I was there, the wait wasn’t long to see the doctor. I am very impressed with their office staff and the doctors and look forward to having a good outcome with my treatment.
I was very disappointed because Dr Mauro Rossi has the worst bedside manners of any doctor I've ever been to. He is not sympathetic about the situation and he doesn't even try to help with a viable solution to your problem. He had made his mind up before I ever got testing completed that he wasn't going to help me.
I had a top-notch, 10 out of 10 experience at 26 Foot & Ankle in Watkinsville! Liz, the foot and nail assistant, was absolutely incredible. She skillfully treated a deeply buried callus on the bottom of my foot, completely eliminating the pain I felt when moving around. She also trimmed my nails in advance of an upcoming surgery and meticulously sanded and polished away dead skin. My feet feel completely refreshed and perfectly prepared for surgery.
