Subpar Very nice staff. I have had mainly positive experiences interacting with them. However the apartment had turned into a dump. No one picks up after their dogs, and people leave trash everywhere. Parking isn’t the best as people will race through the garage because the sound of their car arouses them, resulting in cars getting hit. If you want quality then do not come here. If you want a place right across from campus there are other places. I will not be residing inany American Campus communities in the future
25Twenty Living at 25Twenty is awesome and the staff is always super helpful. The amenities are a plus too.
