25th street automotive I have used this garage several times for three different cars that I own and my daughter has also used this garage. The auto servicing and repair work that we have had done has always been very good. The staff are always very courteous and friendly and they endeavour to be accommodating wherever possible. Honest and Helpful It's hard to be a girl with car trouble; these days, it seems like lots of places take advantage of women with no automotive knowledge. However, 25th Street Automotive has always been very honest and helpful when I've taken my car to them. They don't try to overcharge me, and they answer all of my questions and take care of my repairs as soon as possible.

They identified a potential issue that enabled me to communicate with the dealership in a way that resulted in a change in the offer that benefited me. I have no problem taking moment to share how great the car guys at 25th Street Auto are. I have been a long time customer. I do not live near the shop but I trust the service so much that it is worth the drive to take my vehicles there. The award-winning team at this shop is honest and knowledgeable. I was blown away by the excellent service I received here. Bill gave me straightforward information, prioritized recommendations to save me money, and wasn’t pushy about any of the services he recommended. Highly recommend 25th St. Garage! Both Bills took the time to understand my issue and walked me through the possible causes. Clearly explained the eventual cause and let me know if cost got to a certain point, they would not proceed without my knowledge. Did the job in one day and walked with me out to the vehicle to further explain results. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. They are not like the dealerships that will scam you on what services are needed and all. If these guys find something else besides what you bring your cart in for service for, they will call you first and you decide on what is best for your bank. I trust them and you should too! You don't have to wait for your car so they do have a courtesy vehicle where they can drop you off where you need to be and when the car is done, they will call and pick you up.
