made a appointment 3 days in advance, even went buy day eariler to make sure product was what i wanted,varified appointment time, nice folks , nice reviews, terrible service, ( 2 trips) drove 30 miles each way to do bussiness with them, had vehicle their on time, promised would have it ready around lunch, nearly 4 hrs later that i just wasted wondering around, i showed up , had not touched it,, excuse was we just been covered up, thats the excuse you give to walk in's when you can't get to them right away, not the customer w... read more

We went to 256 Customs and got a quote on a radio/speakers for my son's car. We took the car in and got back and they charged us twice the quote with no explanation. When we disputed the price they laughed. Word of caution, if you get work done here make sure you have a written quote or these guys will screw you over without remorse. They really should be ashamed.
