The place is fine… needs updating. Except for the flooring! Your carpet is old and dirty! ADA compliance is not up to date. They paint over the bugs on the walls when painting. The manager is not good and a liar! I simply asked him to replace the carpet before I resign. He had done it before for other residents. Casey told me no. And then had it redone. I have pictures and eyewitness. The maintenance guy is cool, works hard. The only reason I give three stars.
Great spacious apartments with reliable property manager, good maintenance, and great sound insulation. They certainly weren’t designed by Frank Loyd Wright, but for the price they are an awesome deal! Neighborhood feels safe and I love the easy access to the interstate. There’s a coffee shop and bowling alley within a 2 minute walk, and Winco is only a 4 minute drive. Would recommend!
I lived at this location for over 6 years. It was a great experience, and Casey is a wonderful property manager. Any issues we might have had, were expedited quickly. The patio door was not closing properly, within 1 days the Maintenace team was able to fix. We also asked for new filters in the apartment, that was fixed within the hour. I have really enjoyed the pool and gym over the years. Only reason I gave it 4 stars because over the 6 years we had 4 different managers. I have lived at 2550 South Main for over a year now. The apartments sets the bar high for urban living in the mountains at a competitive price. Shout out to Casey, the property manager, who does an excellent job at ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled seamlessly. Would recommend this place/community.
