Absolutely, love this place.It has the garage, the garden tub walk in closets.Management that is superior, maintenance gets it done quickly and efficiently and professionally. Very clean inside and out, the grounds are always kept perfectly. Close to the highways, all the best stores very local.
Best decision to rent from 2550 S Main Street apartments. Good, responsive management makes such a difference and Casey is great! Maintenance is always prompt and the facilities are well-cared for. We were able to rent a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a large, private garage. Lots of storage and it’s so nice to walk from our own garage directly into our apartment! Feels like a home!
My husband and I lived at 2550 for 5 years and had a great experience. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. We actually had to accept that we'd probably have to take a kitchen down-grade when buying a home (we had a walk in pantry and a ton of storage space). The manager, Casey, was easily accessible. Our maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner. The triple-pane windows keep the apartment quiet despite being by busy roads. We'd highly recommend 2550 to any of our friends/family members.
Chose a different property located closer to work, but the property was very nice. Casey, the manager, was great to work with.
The place is fine… needs updating. Except for the flooring! Your carpet is old and dirty! ADA compliance is not up to date. They paint over the bugs on the walls when painting. The manager is not good and a liar! I simply asked him to replace the carpet before I resign. He had done it before for other residents. Casey told me no. And then had it redone. I have pictures and eyewitness. The maintenance guy is cool, works hard. The only reason I give three stars.
