I lived here for almost 2 years. During my stay there were very few problems, which were all addressed promptly by CLV. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always eager to help. Great location, nice neighborhood, close to uottawa and all types of supermarkets. We did see roaches a few times migrating from other apartments, and there were extensive pest treatments but we left shortly after so cant say for the results. Visited a friend and there was roaches all over the place. Disgusting.
I have a friend who lives here and I watched her cat eat a cockroach. This was over a year ago and I can promise you that poor cat is still eating roaches, and building management does not care. I would give zero if I could.
Lived at 255 Stewart with my girlfriend for a year and I was very satisfied with our stay and with management. If we ever had an issue which was far and in between, management was ontop of it that same day if not the next day and always replied within minutes to our messages. Building staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, and the pool out front was such a nice perk to have in the city for those crazy hot days.
