I'm being charged monthly for pest control, yet roaches have been a constant issue in my unit. If I'm paying for a service, I expect it to actually work or at the very least, see a real effort from management and maintenance to resolve the problem. For the cost of living here, I expect a clean and well-maintained living environment, but that hasn't been my experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you're okay with paying premium prices for subpar living conditions.
Been here for almost 4 years and the new office staff is letting the place turn into a ghetto with people in the pool all hours of the night and no security to call to complain after hours. We are supposed to have on site security but that has gone away. I have heard people in the pool at 3 am yelling and partying and there’s no way to get it corrected.
Do not move here - Pest Problem ⭐️ I’ve been reporting a pest issue in my apartment at 255 Assay since April, and nothing has truly been done to resolve it. I’ve contacted both property management and Willowbridge, the company that oversees the property, multiple times. Every time I reach out, I’m told someone is coming out—but the problem still exists. Larissa is AMAZING! I’m currently in the moving process and inquiring about a unit at 255 Assay. I’ve really appreciated her professionalism and transparency in this entire process. She showed me an empty unit and allowed me to explore an apartment the way it would appear and be ready to a tenant (game changer).
