90% sure people live in the units after seeing them.
Went to our storage unit Friday only to find both locks gone and stuff missing. Called 254 and was told to call the police and make a report and they would send the manager out to take a look. I told them the front gate was open, sorry to say as usual. This is a handy place for us but the security stinks. Especially for the area it is in.
Will not rent anything from them period . They where very unprofessional and very rude to me and my friend.
Horrible service!! Kathy the Bellmead manager, the worst!! We found out too late that they have an ant infestation, they are still expecting us to pay 😳 after 2 weeks of no return calls or emails. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
