On the first day of living at this property trash was not taken out and we were threatened by other people that said they were from the office and they weren't to charge us for putting it out. I took it to the office to ask what was going on, when you come into the office from the street it's the one to the left if you come from the property it's the one to the right. Shout out to the management and maintenance team!! Both management and maintenance have been amazing since I have been a resident. Claudia and Kim are wonderful and they will make you feel right at home. Kevin in maintenance will bend over backwards to make sure your apartment is as it should be, refrigerator went out had a new one the next day. 2500 McColl has a great location huge apartments and friendly staff and neighbors. Move I. Now why we have some vacancies.

Maintenance is quick and responsive. Few things that have been wrong, they come fix it pretty quickly Main thing that bugs me about living here is the stairs,hallways and walls on the outside are extremely dirty. I have already asked them several times when they will clean. I was told they have new management now and they are working on that but I just feel like it never happened. Horrible apartments. Had a leaking roof for half of my lease which never got repaired. Then when I moved out I verified with them if I had any pending fees for which they stated I didn’t. Then I get an email from a collections agency about pending fees I had with the apartment I was never made aware of. They really screw you over, while you’re living there and even after you’ve left. I’m just glad I don’t have to put up with them anymore. Save yourself the headache and stress in your life and go with other apartments.
