We were a tenant there and had a really bad experience. For one, I don’t believe the owner like black people much. He’s really greedy, and always tried to find a way to get extra money from us and he kept our security deposit which was $5500. The elevator was alway broken and when the season changes there’s mice. I now understand why there is 265,000 Square feet and only under 20% occupied.
Best commercial building ever!
