This is one of the most economical lots in the area (and is actually closer to key attractions on Bay Street then you think). Their parking machines don't work however, and their tap2park online system (lot # 5510) isn't great - it charges a service fee per transaction but you have to do 2 transactions if you want to do max day + max evening. BEWARE: during events they charge a flat rate of $15. Their normal listed prices do not apply!
During the event in the Meridian Hall, this place was offering parking and there were couple of securities guiding cars to park in P level 2 and 3 and they had POS machine to get the parking fee. After the event we went to a bar closeby and it was around 1 am when we head to our car but we find out that our car is located in a gated aera and there is no way to get there. Great and reasonable prices to park in downtown Toronto. There is some contraction going on right now with some limited parking spots.
