I must admit, we haven't used this garage for a number of years, but it seems not to have changed much, though the area around it has. $16 to park all day in downtown Toronto is a good deal. I thank the owners for their, well, generosity, as it were. At Sunnybrook Hospital, which is comparably in the boondocks, we frequently pay close to $30 for less than a two-hour visit. It is scandalous to pay this much to park at a hospital, but the healthcare system is underfunded, and this is purportedly Sunnybrook's way of subsidizing... read more

This is one of the most economical lots in the area (and is actually closer to key attractions on Bay Street then you think). Their parking machines don't work however, and their tap2park online system (lot # 5510) isn't great - it charges a service fee per transaction but you have to do 2 transactions if you want to do max day + max evening.
