If I could leave a 0 I would . We purchased “permanent jewelry” anklets and charms costing us several hundred dollars on 7/5. By 7/6 they snapped and broke off. We returned to the store and we’re told it was due to the person putting them on the first time. The anklets were reattached and we were sent away. After returning back to CT several days later, two bracelets completely snapped off. One being lost all together. By 7/16 a charm fell off another one. I am from out of the area. I placed an order online for a BOGG bag bevy and they were so kind to call and verify my order. I asked to make a change and they had no problem making the change to make me an extremely happy customer. We are so happy we found a store with them in stock and had a superior customer service experience. We will shop from them again in the future!
Nice store, but I went in the store today and the sales girl was on her phone arguing with her boyfriend. No one to help you see anything in the cases. Very sad.
