The FEDex team helped me greatly and was very patient when their system wouldn't process my shipment. They had a computer that had an old software that worked wonderfully the first time. I was shopping 23 20lb boxes and it's a lot to enter. Joseph and his manager were kind and couldn't see any frustration on them. Solid work yall
The fed x Are great but if you have a package that is over five hundred dollars you can’t ship said item a few locations can ship more valuable goods or because they carry the insurance so you can pay a fee that will cover it if lost or damaged
