It's been a while since my partner and I lived here but this is the only apartment in a long stream of apartments all over DFW that I actually liked. We talk about how nice Toni is as a landlord every time we do the annual apartment hunt. I recommend these, but I especially recommend finding a place with iForte properties. Also living here made me realize how nice it is to always come home and know there's a parking spot available for you.
I love living at this apartment complex. The manager, Flamur is incredibly nice and has been very helpful throughout my entire experience living here. The apartments are super clean and come with updated appliances. The studio apartment is a great size and accommodates me perfectly. Highly recommend!!
I have loved living here! The building is well maintained, very well lit outside, and super clean. The appliances are all new and have worked perfectly! The cost comes out to slightly more than a regular one bedroom with utilities and cable & wifi, but it's so clean and cozy that it's completely worth it. Management is quick to fix any issues and always communicative when needed. I'll be sad to leave such a wonderful apartment!
My boyfriend and I have lived at Hickory Park apartments for 7 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed our studio apartment. It is able to fit everything we need comfortably and is newly built with updated appliances. Management has always been easy to contact and willing to help if any issues arise.
