Shay was very helpful for the entire process of me moving into my new place. I’m still adjusting and getting comfortable. I had a lot of questions (some silly) but Shay answered them all in a timely manner!
I've only just moved in, but the process was smooth and simple. They use a lot of technology - viewing the unit was a self-tour retrieving the keys from a lockbox, your door is a code not a key, maintenance requests are online etc. All good so far.
They are the absolute best people!! They are very understanding and they are the best at their jobs! I feel so welcomed in my apartment!
