An incredibly average place to be very over-priced. Units are outdated and dirty. A new management company comes in every year and has not made any changes. Pool does not open until August and is dirty. Gym is tiny and not well kept. Any serious maintenance problem takes constant hassle to have anything repaired. When I moved in there was dirty laundry from the previous tenants left. Staff tries to be helpful but does not make up for the poor management and zero upkeep of their units.

Moved in with mold in the bathroom which needs to be redone so without a bathroom for who knows how long paying full price. List of 6-7 other issues with the apartment have yet to been fixed going on week 3. Place was disgusting. And best part is they did a pre walk inspection.

From personal experience, I would strongly recommend that no one sign a lease with 25 East. We have had a WASP problem from the moment we moved in and have issued 2 maintenance requests for dealing with these wasps, and both times we've only had someone come up to vacuum up the dozens of wasps that we had already killed and a few live ones that were still hanging around on our living room windows. Dirty ,stinky,Don't signs nothing before see.Don't signs application, don't signs nothing before see.If make mistakes tells, say,to landlord will calling inspection to come for see the dirty crap.
