Maintenance is super responsive and does a great job, super friendly and get things fixed quickly. However, I don’t understand why I had to pay another $75 admin fee for renewing my lease. Especially since I paid it when I originally signed the lease. Other than that, super smooth transition.
It was smooth, I just had to resign and have my guarantor resign. My rent did go up by $165 though. Apart from that it was smooth
Building maintenance is pretty lousy. Vinyl floor is peeling, front doors to buildings barely lock, carpet is in bad shape. They have a pool and volleyball court, which is nice.
Moved in with mold in the bathroom which needs to be redone so without a bathroom for who knows how long paying full price. List of 6-7 other issues with the apartment have yet to been fixed going on week 3. Place was disgusting. And best part is they did a pre walk inspection. Was not fixed immediately like the reply says. Took 2 months of paying for a bathroom we could not safely use. A pre walk inspection should’ve been done prior and not allowed enter the unit.
