Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Apartment was FILTHY when we moved in (dog food, moldy toilet, hair, etc.) A/C broken ALL summer and took months for a response from maintenance. Was promised a $200 bonus for re-signing that the employees later claimed they’ve never heard of. Disgusting drain bug infestation for months. Not enough parking but you get ticketed if you use the covered spots. List goes on and they do less than the bare minimum for you. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else ;)
If there was a negative star I would use it. If you can get out of your lease now do it. It’s a bait and switch. They show you a nice place and then place you in a dump. People constantly come into your place. They claim it’s the city, maintenance, firefighters, counting furniture, fixing “stuff”. 🙄 They make you pay for renters insurance but that policy doesn’t cover anything. 🤬 Power was out for 3 days and everyone lost food. “It’s not covered” I definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. FYI
I love living at 25 East . Everyone is so nice, the office workers are always friendly and willing to help and the maintenance team always fixes things in a timely manner. I love my apartment and have been given many compliments on how nice the place is.
The grounds and facilities were clean and beautiful, the office staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed after our tour and can’t wait to come back!
