My first time experience at 25 Dollar Tire Shop was Quick but also a very Sociable and Friendly.
Traveling is hard sometimes. One tire after another. Had a guy called Rome, dispatched out to help us, twice within an hour. It was really awesome to have him be in such good spirits when we just wanted to cry. I hope you see this, Thank you, thank you for your job, but also for your good nature, it helped us get back on the long road ahead.
Just got help from 25/8 technician for a U-haul roadside assistance issue and her was very friendly, honest and helpful! Showed me ways to keep the tow dolly (I was using to tow my son’s car to him since he joined the Navy) better strapped down. I wasn’t told when I initially picked up tow dolly that I needed to check the straps every hour or so to make sure the tires stay strapped in as that they will loosen up with bumps and pot holes on the road.
