Jim inspected two homes for us during our housing search. The inspections were detailed and provided a clear picture of areas of concern for each house. Jim was on time for both inspections and provided the reports in a very timely manner, which accelerated our home selection process.
This is only our second home purchasing experience, so I don't have a lot to compare our experience with Jim to. I will tell you that I am extremely happy we hired him to do the inspection on the house we are purchasing. Very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and man, we had a lot!)
