I was looking for property managers at the time of my original review and checked out 24k Property Management in Boise. We hired 24K Property Management and Susan Pratt to manage our rental, but later found our management fee had been increased without proper notice or agreement, contrary to our contract. When we objected, Susan told us there was nothing we could do about it, and then stopped responding altogether. If you’re considering working with 24K, read the contract carefully and monitor your statements closely.
Best property management hands down! They are very responsive & make sure things get taken care of. Also Susan is such a pleasure to work with, I couldn’t be happier!
