We have been using 24hourtek for about 2 years now. My experience with their service team and staff has been great. They are responsive and I appreciate their thought partnership for long-term solutions to our IT needs. I couldn't say enough about their IT support technicians. They are friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I had an easy fix, one that I should have figured out on my own. Kevin helped without judgement and showed me how I could fix the problem myself in the future. He also made it clear that he was available to help me if I need anything else
