Very responsive and caring staff. Donna was very flexible with meeting our needs in caring for my elderly dad in his final days. She went over and above to accommodate us. Erica was gentle, but thorough in her hands-on care. Cost was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for better help.

I am very highly impressed with Sam Rodriguez/ Co-Administrator of 247 Personal Care. He has shown my family and I how much he loves helping others. The caregivers he chose for my mother are also very caring and helpful to my mom. I would absolutely and highly recommend this agency to everyone whom would ever need caregivers. Sam has been very courteous, helpful, and caring to myself, my sister and my mom. I sincerely appreciate all he has done for my mother and my family. They provided care for my loved one and did a fantastic job. Other agencies that I have been with miss shifts and do not have qualified caregivers. I did not have a missed shift during 6 months of 24 care. Their rates are some of the lowest in our area and they are veteran owned and gave us a veteran's discount. Amazing service and friendly professional staff.

Very unprofessional company, abuse of clients and favoritism amongst the employees. Holds information and lies to nurses on site. Donna holds favoritism, lies to staff and needs to be reported to Adult Protective Services
