Gym is just filthy. nobody cleans(members or staff). everything is old and gross, i hate the carpet in a gym. been a member for 3 years and only seen the sign on the building get an upgrade. seen a few pieces of new equipment but nothing significant for the price they charge. I wish we had more 24/7 options in the area but deal with what we have for now…
Really disappointed with my experience here. If I’m paying for a membership, I would appreciate easy accessibility. Instead, it’s super complicated. Don’t recommend
Horrible gym. Basically impossible to sign up. No on ever answers the phone or email. DO NOT GO HERE. Never got my confirmation email. You can NOT access the gym without downloading their app and getting a code. I never got a code, and yes I checked my spam. I called about 4 times, left 2 messages. I opened a a dispute with the credit card company to try and resolve this. I would recommend going to planet fitness or anywhere else.
Horrible service. Not easy to access the facility unless you have a code. I called multiple times to no avail. The lady on the phone was nice but she just gave me a support email that didn’t work. Would not recommend. You have to download their app, and pay extra fees.
