I came home late one night to my home in Charlotte to find my bathroom, bedroom and kitchen den flooded with water that had been leaking from underneath a sink for hours. 247 AquaDry responded quickly and had a crew there in under an hour to remove all the water they could. Over the next couple of days they set up a massive amount of fans and dehumidifiers and pumped warm air into our crawl space. If you ever experience water intrusion, you know how unsettling it is. After the recent ice storm, I literally heard water running down my walls from the main level into the basement. Well I had a fire at my house in ResiHomes .. his company responded within an hour to assess what needed to be removed... Everything in the house was deemed toxic and everything we touched was black and it was all contaminated....Dan plus his crew did an amazing job on removing all this stuff... Within 24 hours the place was cleared out and all Hauled away... Thanks again Dan on a quick and timely manner 💙

10 Stars out of 5! What a team, expertly led by Conner, but each member was amazing. Few things prepare you for waking up for a cup of coffee and finding your whole lower level under a couple inches of water. I had no experience to draw on but 24-7 AquaDry has been there and managed thousands of disasters of this kind. Through the fog of the shock of all of this, the team moved in perfect harmony with each other, drawing out the water, opening up all our drywall, lifting our (brand new) LVP flooring and installing dozens ... read more
