I have known the owners of 247 AquaDry for more than a decade. As a real estate professional, it is paramount to have contractors, trades and services you can trust to refer to clients. Whether working with a seller prior to listing or a seller/buyer during due diligence and inspection period, having expert and honest professionals assess a need (or not) is extremely valuable to the process. Dan and the 247 Aquadry time are fantastic. It is rare to meet a business with such high integrity. When explaining my issue to Dan he first suggested we have a plumber (he had a few recommendations) or a septic company come checkout our issue. he explained they might remove much of it and there wouldn't even be a need for his services. It is truly great to know there are still honest businesses out there. We are going to leverage and refer Dan and the team for all of our cleanup needs.

They arrived quickly after I notified them of my water damage. They showed up early each day during mitigation and checked moisture levels throughout the process to confirm we were “dry” before removing equipment.

I would highly recommend using this company. We had a pipe burst and had water in my upstairs bathroom and pouring into my garage. Their response time was excellent. They came and set up dehumidifiers within hours after being called. The next day they came back and did removed all the wet sheetrock. The two teqnicians that came out were Connor and Matt.
