I came home late one night to my home in Charlotte to find my bathroom, bedroom and kitchen den flooded with water that had been leaking from underneath a sink for hours. 247 AquaDry responded quickly and had a crew there in under an hour to remove all the water they could. Over the next couple of days they set up a massive amount of fans and dehumidifiers and pumped warm air into our crawl space. My daughters have a complete mold infestation in their home they are living in. Dan was so helpful and kind while helping us with mold testing and mold removal. He did an amazing job guiding us through a really hard time. He went above and beyond to help connect us with the right resources, his knowledge and expertise has been invaluable throughout this process.
Chris, Nick, Dan & team did a great job. We had some smoke damage in our home. They came in on a Sunday late afternoon and tested our walls and air. Determined we needed vapor tech units, air movers and air scrubbers to help take the smoke smell out of our house. After 3 days of this equipment running our house smells so much better. No more smoke smell. We really appreciate their quick response and their efficient time of setting up and breaking everything down. They are very professional. Recommend them 100%!!
