Avoid this overpriced building!!! %50 occupied by homeless people from Toronto housing. Full of bugs, ants, cockroaches!!! Small of drugs in the corridors!!! Drug dealers are in and out on daily basis!!! Hot water is a privilege … very cold in winter and no air conditioning in summer!!! The smell from the lake is disturbing!!!
