Grosse 🤢 ignored all my order notes asked for well-done received undercooked. Asked for bacon strips received Bacon crumble, asked for thin crust received regular. Returning ever again? No.
Customer service at 241 is the worst customer service and getting a manager to call back is like pulling teeth...241 has gone down hill with customer service and the way they treat there customers. I use to order pizza from 241 almost every weekend and as of now they won't be getting my orders anymore.
Hey corporate, you might want to check on your franchisees every now and then. Why TF does no one know how to make a Deep Dish Detroit style pizza? For god sakes, you have this as an item on your menu, yet no one can make it. I had one of your staff tell me that he has no clue how to caramelize the edges.
