I placed an order for delivery today. I party pizzas. I called 800 number after 75mins. Cause my online receipt told me about 60mins for delivery. It’s now almost 2 hrs later. I’ve tried calling the store. No answer. This is early afternoon so during business hours ! Hosting a party with kids to feed. We drive over there. They are closed !!!!!!! Nothing against the store. Delivery and product is always top notch. However ordering online through the website is a miserable experience at best and extremely frustrating. Suggest calling in your order instead. By the time you get to the choose your items page on the website you can already have your order placed via phone. In this day and age corporate is miles behind on their online features.
