I think that the staff at 241CPW is exceptional particularly Adis who has always been responsive to my needs as well as Joey and Anibal , who have been most helpful and most caring whenever I call on them. I also have a particular fondness Ray, Mateo, Angel, Henry and Jose and Walter. Overall, an outstanding group of people that make the building run so smoothly.
Repair work in kitchen was completed on time and with minimal disruption. Rudin provided easily the best repair experience in my 30+years in NYC.
