This has been the worst place I have ever lived. The heat never works correctly. It never turns on in my living room, yet it’s so hot in my bathroom the floor is burning my feet. The paint is chipping off in every window, doorway, and on every surface in my bathroom. If maintenance ever comes, the job is half done and if something needs replacing or repairs, they leave a trail of trash. They just hired another worker so we’ll see if that improves. Would Not Recommend. I've seen a few reviews from KMS around the web and I can confirm almost everything negative said to be true. The one good thing about this company is that they stay on top of the maintenance. Now to the overwhelmingly bad side of it. I lived here this past year alone. I have never experienced such rude, inconsiderate, and invasive management. Twice I accidentally locked myself out. KMS advertises 24/7 maintenance and service. DO NOT RENT HERE Management is awful. I lived here for two years, was never once late on rent, never received a noise complaint (or any complaint for that matter), and never gave them any trouble. One day, I had a couple of friends over who happened to be African-American. A miserable old woman named by the name of Dawn who works at the front desk happened to see them come in with me and quite visibly gave them a dirty look.
