My husband and I had breakfast and the service and food need lots of work. We were seated and the hostess gave us the menu, but didn't mention the buffet. The server came around minutes later and never mention the buffet. My husband and I finally ordered breakfast. I ordered the chicken and waffles. HORRIBLE! Great service and food!
Food is pretty good. As others pointed out, the prices are too high for the portion sizes. Service is hit or miss. We've been here multiple times for breakfast and dinner. We've had very good service & so-so service. We understand restaurants in general are short-staffed, but if a large party comes in, tell customers that and to please be patient. Don't just disappear, going far too long without checking on your tables and still expect a decent tip. Jack is a very good server along with Gustavo. Piper did good at first, but ... read more
the atmosphere is beautiful and the view is lovely however it was so slow with one main waitress working even when no one else was here. i love the abbey but this restaurant really let me down! the food was pretty good, the display was sort of messy but overall quite nice, however insanely small portions for the quality and price of the food.
