Absolutely terrible! Dont call them about your lost pets. the person who filled out my pets lost documents messed them up entirely. They put that my cat wasn't fixed when they in fact where fixed. They also put down that my cat was not mix when my cat was a mix. DO NOT work with 24petwatch if you want your pet back!! They will mess up all the paperwork about your missing pet.
Terrible company. I paid for once annual services, come to find they added an additional services after a month and charged me &19.95 each month and wouldn’t give me a refused. Hate hate hate these people.
Wasn't disclosed of the membership after paying nearly $200 for a singular chip. Ive signed up for the monthly sub 3 times and they fail to keep it going. The chip isnt always recognized, as ive had our vets over the past 4 years check for it. Prices constantly going up and standards down. Crazy work
Two of my rescued pets have 24Petwatch as their microchip. The company is almost like extortion requiring payment for the microchip inserted in my pet to be registered to me. Why do I have to pay to have my name on my pet’s microchip? Also, my vet scanned the microchip and the website is so messed up, it is difficult to find pet owners name.
Talked to a very nice guy named Elliot and he got my 2 kitties set up with registered microchips if they were to ever get lost. Elliot was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I think the price is a little high but if my either of my girlies were to go missing I'd be glad for having both their accounts registered.
