I called 24Petwatch today in a panic over my lost cat and had the good fortune of speaking with Mary. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked me through filing my lost pet report, helped me troubleshoot some technical issues, and got my other pet registered, all in one call. She turned a really stressful moment into something manageable and made me feel taken care of. If you're lucky enough to get Mary on the phone, you're in good hands. Thank you, Mary, for going above and beyond.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! I made the mistake of contacting them. They tried to sell me the lifetime membership using words like “God forbid something happens to your pet.” I agreed to one month so I can do some research with their promise of sending me more info. They NEVER sent me any follow up info and had the nerve to charge me again for another month. 1 star is far too much for this scammed business. I found a microchip cat they help me to find the previous owner who gave me the cat. Impossible to transfert the microchip to my name. Do not register your microchip with them.
WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM
They merged with 24petwatch and are IMPOSSIBLE to speak with if you find a microchipped animal. Do NOT microchip through this company, they do not answer their chat and you will be stuck with a sick, injured dog you found on the street and someone missing their pet. Simply because these people ignore their 24/7 chat
