I just recently had them engrave two custom made knives. When I dropped them I was told the engraving could be placed high on the spine of the knife and even after the gentleman doing the work looked at them he assured me they could be done. Picked them up today and they engraving was on the wrong side of the knife ( was written in the instructions) and the lettering was running through the middle of the Damascus blade! We are very sorry for your displeasure. We did our best effort to fit your engraving in the area described to us. The diagram provided for the engraving did not show the "JK" carving taken into account. We were told by the customer to make the text large near the top. The area between the JK and the edge of the blade would have made the text significantly smaller.
