I called ahead to confirm they had a used tire in our size, and they said yes, priced at $40. But when i arrived less than 25 minutes later, they claimed they didn’t have a used tire after all and wanted $110 for a new one instead. Even after pointing out their mistake, they refused to make it right, and said probably I called the another tire shop it’s not them.

Worst tire SHOP IN LAKE CHARLES I BROUGHT NEW TIRES AND THEY BALDING FAST WIRES COMING OUT they keep telling people oh you need a alignment mind you I just got a alignment a week ago I got my shocks fix my struts anything you can name is fix under the hood and underneath the car THESE PEOPLE DONT GOT NO RESPECT ONLY HELP PEOPLE THEY WANNA HELP even went back to the people to see if my alignment was right just to make sure it is EVERYTHING LEGIT BUT THESE TIRES THEY SELLING

My car was telling me I needed air in my tire. I pulled up and the young man put air for me. I ask him how much he would charge. He said, don't worry about it.I was so happy to get great fast service. And I never get anything for free, so it was a pleasure

I visited this tire shop after an unfortunate incident that occurred close to 6 PM. When I arrived, I asked about the cost to repair the rim, which they quoted at $55 plus the cost of the spare tire. Altogether, they said it would be $100. I was puzzled by this calculation, especially since the second tire I needed was $40.
