Horrible customer service, tried explaining what happened and what I needed help with and person on the phone hung up the phone on me. I was being polite so I have no clue why this would happen. Stay away from this company use JCEhrlich, at least they treat you with respect. I'd give 0 stars but I had to give something for this review.
