The plumber from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Nashville Inc was very courteous and mindful of keeping my place clean by putting down a drop cloth and shoe covers. Despite the fact that my water heater is on the 3rd floor and there are some narrow stairs, the guys finished the job without any issues and very quickly.

They soon provided me a free estimate, and not only was their quote the best, but they also pointed out certain flaws that needed to be addressed that none of the others had mentioned.

It was the day before Thanksgiving-- and no hot water-- and it turns out our dependable plumber had retired. Crisis! While I was on the road fetching dear old Dad, my wife located this plumber and within three hours the repair was done. Something to be super thankful for. A hot shower that evening, and plenty of hot water for pots and pans the next day.
