They get no stars i went in saying my side hurt I couldn't breathe or take deep breaths without alot of pain told them I was coughing up blood and they just took an x ray of my side and said it was fine diagnosed me with costochrondritis and gave medoral and ibuprofen after 5 days went to e.r and they immediately thought p.e which it was so unless you think you have the flu or a broken bone do not go here and I also think the medication they gave made everything worse and they also just told me if you want you can to the e.r... read more
My experience at this Urgent Care Center was exceptional. I went on a saturday, late morning. From registration, triage nurse, X-ray tech, to nurse practitioner and CNA, each was kind, caring and competent. I was diagnosed with a broken foot, set up with a boot and they had arranged for orthopedics to call me on Monday. Iwas on my way in no time! I understand that depending on the circumstances, it may not be exactly like this everyday, but it was probably the best urgent care experience I've had. Highly recommend
Registration staff was rude. Primary care doctor (part of Signature Care) told me to come in and said they would alert urgent care. I go in for my appointment and they look at me like I’m crazy for being there. Told me “they can’t do anything for me” which seems out of the scope of a medical assistant or secretary to say and basically refused to see me.
Please be aware the hours posted are a suggestion.
The staff were wonderful The nurses were caring and very kind The doctor was compationate I give them a five star rating
