The nurses n receptionist were great told it would be about 1/12 hrs which a as fine. Til I noticed people that came in after me were being taken care of .It apostate first come first serve so I went out to the the hall and asked the Dr why he was so rude just wait ur turn ,I tried to say it was my turn 3 people ago the just walked a way how rude!feeling g sick as a dog I just up n left BTW the Dr can't even take care n of his own teeth talk about brown yuck!!! Never again will I go to that location

I have received great care hear. Like anywhere time to be seen can vary to getting in fast or having to wait for sometime. You really can’t tell which you will get, but the service is great.

The staff was rude and did not want to help me. You should not work in health care if you don’t have compassion.

Got turned away this evening front desk staff said they were not seeing any more patients even though they are open till 7pm they suggested I go up to the er lady who registered me said they are not supposed to turn patients away I checked in at 5:20 pm come on now

I went to Urgent Care for a sore throat, and was expecting to find I had strep. When that was negative they decided it would be best to do an EKG and start diving deeper. They found a more serious issue, and offered to escort me to the ER via Ambulance. At the ER those initial results were confirmed, and more tests done, and they discovered the issue was very recent, and no permanent damage had been done.
