I have a weird connection for my hotwater system (triple Thermostatic Mixing Valve, can you believe it), so there is not enough hot water for the 2nd floor. Dominic spent times inside the roof to find what the issue is and explained it to me very clearly. He then fixed the problem with removing the old mixer and replaced with the single new one.
