I have been with 24 Self Storage for over a year. The office staff is wonderful. I've been provided with answers and solutions by the office staff/management, as quickly as anything came about. The manager is kind, understanding, thorough, quick to respond to your voice or text message, and will contact whoever to help if she can't resolve a problem or know the answer herself. This is my 2nd review of the business called 24-hour Self Storage (Hopewell location) and staff since 2021. This review is based on my interactions with the manager there as it was before. First let me say it that the facility is clean, well-lit and the temperature inside is consistent to keep all items from damage due to weather or temperature.
