I rented two units on Tuesday and went the next day to put locks on our units. Both units had locks on them that were open with a key. We thought that was strange but proceeded to open the units up only to find not one but both units full to the brim with other people's belongings. This was after hours about 630pm and trying to find a number where anyone would answer was challenging.
