Peter was such a big help. He took care of us and gave us his best deal. I recommend them 100%.
Love dealing with Sam he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the experience.
Renter beware. Yes....I see the other reviews here and question how they previously seemed to do well, however that has now changed. While I will say they're convenient, I will avoid using them anymore as they use unfair business tactics and severely over charge renters. They overcharged me 3 months in a row without authorization, however that's not the worst of it. They increased their rates without notification by OVER 50% after 1st month. BBB will be notified. Find somewhere else.
The employees at this location are pleasant and extremely helpful. The facility is always well kept and Maintained. I would definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage.
