Staff working for the company is not professional at all. Google reviews are consistent of most of people posting between 4-5 months and all gave good review and saying been using them for over a year. Questioning accuracy. This company does not help accommodate clients are out of state looking for rental properties in CA. “Like attracts like”. good luck for people gonna using them.
I worked with Eric this past month for the second time. He compromised my standing w my new tenant- didn’t show parking spot or mailbox when she moved in. Rented my place out with out doing simple things like changing batteries on a thermostat. And like i was following up with him continuously and felt like since I wasn’t hiring him to manage my property he was also not going to help me with transitioning a new client in. I would not use him to get a place rented and definitely glad he’s not managing the place.
I worked with 24 hour pm to rent out my property. Eric, my property manager has been very professional and knows what he does . He made everything so smooth and hassle free for me. They were able to get me a suitable tenant within the time frame that was promised . I would highly recommend their service !
