Hired for job, equipment wasn’t working (Jetter). Hired him specifically for his Jetter (high pressure water system) but was frozen. He used a small roto-rooter that you would use inside the house on a toilet to run to the clean out pipe. Whicich was a bandaid on a bullet wound fix!! Any season plumber knows that. When I told him my clean out to the street had root blockage. Ask if he could come back when jetter was working but would be an extra $175. On top of what I had already paid $135 hr rate.
