First I'd like to say a 5 star isn't high enough for this company. I located them by chance after a bad first experience with another company. From the moment I spoke with Frank he was professional, non-judgemental and genuinely concerned in fixing my problem. He even followed up to see how things were going. My only regret was not locating them earlier.
Frank and his team are extremely professional, extremely polite and exceedingly diligent. Frank and his team would not quit until our mice problem was resolved. I highly recommend 24 Hour Pest Control NYC.
