RATS RATS RATS!!!!!! Rented a unit for over a year, bought the insurance they offered (same as endorsing it) and when we went with a truck to load up to move out of state RATS had gotten into the unit and ruined a lot of stuff, the smell of rat urine was overpowering, threw out so much. Made a claim with the insurance company XERCOR but have not seen a dime as of yet. I am sure I am not the only one but I am mad as hell so I will let everyone I can know. Been renting here for many years as have many of their clients. Excellent and friendly service people as well as very reasonable rental prices.

I have to say it was a simple process. New, Clean and the staff were great. I used the kiosk outside to rent a unit. 24hrs a day access is nice also. The other places said no when I asked.
