I DO NOT ADVISE USING THIS COMPANY AT All! Their customer service is beyond horrible! We ordered solid colored bracelets with pressed words and received translucent ones with words you can't read no where close to what we ordered. Customer service immediately became rude and we're not help whatsoever. I do not usually write reviews but when you order something to support your dad who was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer and it doesn't turn out like what was paid for it is very upsetting. I would hate for this to happen... read more

Really disappointed in this company. Ordered wristbands WELL IN ADVANCE for a soccer camp - assured they'd arrive the week before camp started. Customer service is below average, they also had the same assurance - "no problem". Well, no wristbands, no response back from customer service. Camp started yesterday. Tried calling, and according to the voice message was "27th in line". Hung on for almost 30 minutes, got to "1st in line", and then was disconnected.
