Not reliable or responsible in my opinion. My sister was released from the hospital this Tuesday after receiving care for her broken lumbar and six broken bones in her foot. She hired this company in my presence and paid in advance for four days of care. They showed up the first day to assist but did not show up today the second day. Obviously she is dependent on someone to assist her in and out of bed. She was told the caregivers car was broken down. I had a pleasant experience with the 24 hour home health team. They had staff traveling with my grandmother while visiting the states. The team is friendly and provide great care!
